Frequently Asked Questions

  • Fill out the inquiry form on our contact page and let us know which booth is calling your name - we’ve got you from there.

  • Between arrival and set up time, it’ll take us about 90 minutes to be party-ready. Set up time is included in your rental and doesn’t cut into your booth time, because, of course.

  • Sure can! Just add on our early setup fee, and we’ll be there and ready to roll.

  • Of course we do! It’s classic, modern, and deserves the spotlight. 

  • We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to lock in your date. The rest is due 30 days before your event.

  • Always. One hour to set up, one to break down - and it’s all included in your package. 

  • As early as possible! We often book a year our and limit our events to make sure we give each one special attention. Bonus: our booths double as a fun time and provide your guests with favors they’ll actually want to keep.

  • We would prefer a 10x10 space, but we can make a 9x6 work, just for you! The more room, the better the angles.

  • Our Printer Booth comes with a real human who makes sure everything goes according to plan. Our Digital Booth is all you - we drop it off and pick it up.

  • Of course you can! Your event deserves its own look. Our design team will connect with you 30 days before your event to gather inspiration, learn all the details, and tweak your design until it’s just right. 

  • Yes, with our printer booth, you can add a guest book a la carte or choose a package where it’s already included. We print an extra copy of every photo and put it in a keepsake guest book for you to use to look back on the memories for years to come.

  • We can, but we’ll need a 15ft white or black tent, a level surface, and access to power, baby. These guidelines protect your photos, your vibes, and our gear!

  • Yes! Both of our booths offer social sharing options so your guests can post the fun straight from the action.
